Number of Tickets Per Customer or "Ticket Limits"When purchasing tickets on taafi.com, you are limited to a specified number of tickets for each event (also known as a "ticket limit"). This limit is posted during the purchase process and is verified with every transaction. This policy is in effect to discourage unfair ticket buying practices. We reserve the right to cancel any or all orders and tickets without notice to you if you exceed the posted limits, or if we become aware that any party or automated service is purchasing excess tickets on your behalf. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
TAAFI reserves the right to cancel tickets transferred to another party if they were obtained fraudulently or
otherwise in violation of our policies. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, only the original purchaser
will be eligible for a refund, at the discretion of TAAFI.

refund or exchange procedures for that event. For exact instructions on any cancelled or postponed event, please check the event information online or contact us.
Refunds and Exchanges
Tickets bought online for TAAFI events are fully refundable for 3 calendar days (72 hours) after you
purchase them, up to one week before the show. Tickets purchased at box office or in-person location must be returned or exchanged at the same location. TAAFI may occasionally offer tickets at a discount after the original onsale date and will not refund the difference between the original price and the sale price. You agree that you will not attempt to evade, avoid, or circumvent those prohibitions in any manner with regard to tickets you purchased. If we issue you a refund for a ticket, due to a cancelled or postponed event, TAAFI will issue a refund of the ticket's face value paid (or, if a discounted ticket, then instead the discounted ticket price paid) and all service fees. In no event will delivery charges or any other amounts be refunded. If a refund is issued, it will be issued using the same method of payment that was used to purchase the tickets. If a credit card was
used to make the refunded purchase, then only that actual credit card will receive the credit for the refund. TAAFI will not be liable for travel or any other expenses that you or anyone else incurs in connection with a cancelled or postponed event.
