Marianne Lambert has over 25 years of experience in the Canadian television industry, specializing in educational and public broadcasting. Fully bilingual, she has worked across the media sector as a host, writer, director, producer, and executive, and currently serves as Senior Director of Content at TFO. She oversees programming, as well as the development and production of Canadian independent projects, with a focus on Francophone production companies, and leads CMF-funded initiatives and multi-platform content strategies. Marianne also manages acquisitions in youth, documentary, and film, and oversees TFO’s in-house content teams. A strong advocate for inclusive industry pathways, she is committed to supporting Francophone creators in minority-language contexts and mentoring emerging talent. She also serves on the executive boards of the Youth Media Alliance and L’Observatoire du documentaire.
