Then join TAAFI’s Speed Pitching event! Previously known as our Meet & Greet, Speed Pitching puts you face to face with people experienced in developing and greenlighting shows, offering a rare chance to receive professional feedback and industry-level insights. This event is included with a TAAFI Conference or All-Access Pass, but registration is mandatory on a first-come, first serve basis. Registration will open January 12, 2026.
This event is designed to be fast-paced and is focused on a series of short meetings where creators can share their ideas and polish your pitch to perfection!
Due to the nature of the first-come first-serve, we cannot guarantee that you will meet with your preferred guest choices, however we aim to provide every applicant a minimum of 3 appointments. In the event none of your preferred guests are available, we will be in contact with you to make alternative arrangements.
SPEED PITCHING SCHEDULE

Format & Structure:
Speed Pitching follows a speed-dating style rotation of one-on-one pitch sessions. Each meeting lasts 15 minutes for participants to pitch and receive feedback.
Event staff will manage the timing to ensure smooth transitions between sessions.
Schedule & Duration:
Speed Pitching runs for a total of five hours divided into two 2.5hr sessions (morning and afternoon). Not all guests are guaranteed to be available for all five hours of the event. Guests' availability will be provided on the form.
