We have a rich history of building incredible events that inspire, educate, and celebrate our industry and the individual artists and creators working in this space.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Grant Writer to assist with funding applications. This is a collaborative role that provides hands-on experience in the Canadian arts funding ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, proofread, and edit grant applications and reports

  • Gather and compile required documentation and data

  • Ensure all submissions meet clarity and compliance requirements

  • Track deadlines and maintain application records

Qualifications:

  • Strong writing and editing skills (academic or professional style)

  • Organized and detail-oriented

  • Comfortable with copywriting and technical writing

  • Prior experience with grants, non-profits, or arts organizations is an asset
