Job Overview:

TAAFI is seeking a proactive and strategic Partnerships Lead to head our Partnerships & Outreach department. This leadership role is ideal for someone with experience in relationship-building, sponsorship, or fundraising who wants to play a key part in growing TAAFI’s impact. The Partnerships Lead will oversee outreach efforts, manage relationships with sponsors and partners, and work with festival leadership to develop strategies for long-term growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Partnerships & Outreach team, providing direction and support to volunteers

  • Identify and secure new sponsorships, partnerships, and community collaborations

  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing partners and sponsors

  • Develop outreach strategies, partnership decks, and follow-up processes

  • Collaborate with the Executive Team to align partnerships with festival goals

  • Track communications, commitments, and partnership deliverables
