Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Manager to help amplify TAAFI’s voice online. As the Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in driving engagement across platforms, highlighting programming, and building excitement leading up to the festival.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and schedule engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok

  • Monitor audience engagement and respond to comments/messages in a timely, friendly manner

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote festival programming and announcements

  • Track performance metrics and suggest improvements for reach and impact

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing social media accounts

  • Strong writing and communication skills

  • Familiarity with current trends in social media and online communities
