In Madeleine’s previous career, she was an actor and a playwright. Currently, she’s a writer on the preschool series Go Togo! (Gazelle Automations/CBC Kids). She also recently wrote scripts for Piñata Smashlings (Nelvana/YTV) and Secrets of the Forest (Fifth Ground Entertainment/TVO Kids). She is the creator and story editor of Tiny & Tall (seasons 1 & 2), produced by Little Engine Moving Pictures/TVO Kids. Other screenwriting work includes Agent Binky: Pets of the Universe (Nelvana/Treehouse), Ping & Roar (Digital Smiles/Youtube), Backyard Beats (Bristow Global Media/TVO Kids) and ThinkerBen and Motor (Metaxilasis/Toon2Tango). She has three kids’ series currently in development with Canadian prodcos, and she recently led a workshop on the pitching process for Tooncity Animation in the Phillipines.
