Tysen is a 2x Emmy Award-winning producer with a decade-long career spanning film, television, and sports, with a strong focus on animation. Currently, he is the head of studio at Little Blackstone Studios and Big Studios, overseeing all aspects of development and production.

Most recently, Tysen oversaw the development and animation of two new Netflix series premiering in 2026, three Pixar Shorts with ESPN, and the development of Little Blackstone’s first independent feature film. He has produced shows and films for major networks like Netflix, HBO, Crave, NBC, Disney+, ESPN, Pixar, Warner Bros., Amazon Prime, BET, CBC, Corus, and many more. Beyond his two Emmy wins, Tysen has received six Emmy nominations and an Oscar-shortlisted film.
