Ben Mazzotta is an executive producer and head of creative at Little Engine Moving Pictures. He creates, and supports other creators as showrunner, in producing premium kids and family series for a global audience.

As Head of Creative at Little Engine Moving Pictures, he has created, produced, written, directed, edited and animated several kids and family series, companion interactive content, independent feature films, and documentaries, including Now You Know, Cutie Pugs, Cutie Pugs ABC, Canada Crew, The Picco Incident, Starseeker, Yard Rescuers, Diverse City and The Limits. His debut series Now You Know (78x7min) was licensed to over 100 territories worldwide. In 2019, he created Cutie Pugs, which won Best Preschool Interactive Award at Kidscreen, the Youth Media Alliance Award of Excellence, and was nominated for the Prix Jeunesse in Germany. His debut self-funded feature film The Limits won Best Canadian Drama at Reelworld and was sold to SuperChannel for almost four times its production budget, and short film Use Once and Destroy that he co-produced, co-directed and edited in his third year at Ryerson University, won 1995 Best Short Film at Toronto International Film Festival and Berlinale Film Festival.

An animator, compositor and artist, Ben has also directed digital series and ad campaigns for companies like 3M, Walmart, Xbox, Teletoon, CIBC, Royal Bank of Canada, Bank of Montreal, Scotiabank, General Electric, Diageo, Pepsico, Minute Maid and Neilson Canada.
