Bernadette Peets

A graduate of the Ontario College of Art, Bernadette majored in Drawing, Painting and Art History. After a 10 year career in theatre as a designer, set painter, costume builder and props maker, she taught studio drawing and painting, Art History and Colour Theory at Sheridan College in the Departments of Continuing Education, Art Fundamentals and Visual and Creative Arts from 1996 – 2008. She has been developing her own art practice over the past 35 years in her Toronto studio and has been the Administrative Director of APW since 2008.
